Insurance for your
holiday The purpose of ski insurance is to provide adequate
cover in the case of an accident, injury and delay while
you are on holiday. Helicopter rescues can cost thousands
of pounds, it is essential that your insurance policy is
suited to your specific skiing needs and that, in case of
an emergency, it works quickly and efficiently. For these
reasons we operate exclusively with citybond travel insurance
who are highly respected in this field. A 24-hour
control centre provides assistance of all emergencies. You
will be provided with a MEDICARD, which you must
carry at all times. This card is recognised as a payment
guarantee by the rescue services and resort doctors.
We recommend
that you take out our highly competitive insurance cover
at the time you boo your holiday so that you are covered
in case of cancellation. A brief summary of the cover

exclusions available on request.
If you are
a regular traveller, or intend to ski for several weeks
in the season we can offer the spectrum year round scheme
which includes up to 31 days winter sports benefits from
as little as £60 per year. Please contact us for details.
We strongly
advise you to obtain form E111 from your local
post office. In the event of liability being accepted
for medical expense, which has been reduce by the use
of an E111 the deduction of £50 excess will not apply.
