We have over 23 years' experience and like to provide a friendly, excellent service to our guests to ensure you have a memorable holiday and book with us time and again. We have learnt what our guests want from a holiday and have built up fantastic relationships with local businesses to be able to provide expert knowledge of restaurants, bars and services offered in the Portes du Soleil area.
We believe we are the only chalet company in the area to offer ski guiding up to 5 days a week. Our experienced ski guides will help you explore the 680km of prepared pistes and help you explore those hidden runs that only a select few know about. They are excellent skiers with a passion for showing guests their "office". Using some of the 220 lifts in this vast area they will lead you to the best mountain restaurants and bars which are all tried and tested.
There is no need to book Saturday to Saturday; we are totally flexible on start days, come for 1 night, 14 nights or anything in between. With our ski guiding service we are the perfect choice for couples who want to come away together but where only one may want to ski. The warm and friendly atmosphere of the chalet means that single skiers are always looked after and don't need to be on their own.
We have our own in-house ski and boot hire facility to cater for skiers of all ages and abilities. All the equipment is of the highest standard with a large proportion of skis and boots replaced with new each year. Relax in your own chalet whilst your skis and boots are fitted!
We enjoy making sure our guests have the best ski holiday ever, we are very happy to organise lift passes, child care, ski lessons or activities in the local area, and will always help out where possible.

"I have stayed at Chalet Thalassa with Trail Alpine in Morzine about 12 times in the last 10 years with groups of friends and also with my family. We have also been to several other European ski resorts during this time, but the reason that we have returned so often is that Trail Alpine provide a hassle free skiing holiday.
We are usually met as we come through arrivals at Geneva airport and the short transfer from Geneva airport to Morzine takes just over an hour using the Trail Alpine mini buses. At the chalet, good quality ski and ski boot hire is available on site, and Trail Alpine collect the ski passes for you, and these appear at breakfast of the first skiing day. I have always been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the quality and quantity of the food. In the mornings, the minibuses provide a ferry service to the lifts either at Prodain, Morzine or Ardent. The Portes du Soleil is a huge ski area with plenty of variety for skiers of all abilities, and also with many mountain restaurants. In the evenings, there are regular resort ski buses to take you back to the chalet, but pick ups by mini bus can be arranged with Trail Alpine. There is a downstairs bar, which is very welcoming after you take your ski boots off in the evening. The hot tub in the back garden has also been very enjoyable after a hard days skiing. I have no hesitation in recommending Trail Alpine to my friends."
